Please be aware that most carriers, especially Royal Mail, are still experiencing delays in shipping due to Covid.
If in the unlikely event there is any problem with the printing of your book, we will ask you to email us a photo showing the issue. And of course, if there is something wrong with the print quality, we will reprint and post your book at no cost or we will issue you a 100% refund, whichever you prefer.
Unfortunately, books do very occasionally get lost in the post. You will have a tracking number as proof of posting. This is the carrier’s fault and not ours, but we do understand how disappointing and frustrating this is. In this instance we will offer you a 50% discount code for you to reorder your book. Email us if you think your book has been lost.
